The rooms are unique and tidy, each with a shower and private bathroom. the staff ensures you have a good time; they are exceptionally nice and pleasant.

The rooms here are uniquely decorated, very clean, and come with convenient amenities like a fridge, air conditioning, and a work desk; we really enjoyed the continental breakfast with plenty of food options.

I was pleasantly surprised by the themed triple room I stayed in, which had a nice interior. the location in a central area was good and stunning, with small stores and shops nearby.

The breakfast included warm croissants, rolls, and pastries; the room was spacious and unique with a nice bathroom, everything was wonderful.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to key landmarks and attractions in the city. It was also conveniently close to transportation hubs, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were beautifully decorated, with unique artwork by prominent artists. It added a touch of charm and character to the stay.

the cleanliness of the rooms was not up to par. The towels were not changed regularly, and the room was not thoroughly cleaned during my stay.

Hotel Abaco is located in the heart of Florence, just a stone's throw away from the famous Duomo. It is ideal for those with physical handicaps, as it has easy access to all the main attractions of the city within walking distance.

We felt welcomed during our stay at Hotel Abaco and had no reason to complain.

Central location and helpful staff. Room was large with interesting decor. It was easy to get around the city from here and just what we wanted.

The 55 stairs to climb to the hotel, but we realize it was the reason for the budget price. It was noisy at night but what do you expect in the heart of an Italian city.

Absolutely great location, 3 minutes by walk from the train station and 2 minutes from the Duomo...We spent 4 days in Florence and it was really good to have a break in the hotel during the day after long walks in the Florence streets. Decoration very nice (we were in the room named Leonardo, so there were his paintings on the walls etc.)

The hotel is very cheap, don't expect any luxe. Poor breakfest. In some rooms bathroom is shared or just toilet is lacking in the room. But even for 3 nights this wasnt big deal, the toilet in the corridor was never occupied.

Great location, a mere 10 minute walk from the railway and bus station and very close to the Duomo. Also in the middle of an area with plenty shops and nice restaurants.

We were very disappointed. We paid € 90 per night but that isn't any value for money. Besides the fact that the room and bath room were very small it missed several basic things and had multiple malfunctions: the quality of the bed was terrible (we both had daily back pain), the closet had no shelfs and no trouser hangers, the towels are as thin as napkins, the towel rack only holds 1 wet towel, the wash basin was wobbly, the little shelf under the mirror is crooked so everything falls off. The shower curtain doesn't keep the whole bathroom from getting wet. Shampoo or shower gel isn't provided and the blow dryer doesn't work properly.
